Artemiser's Code of Conduct

ARTEMISERS ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS

Offering a service is a volunteering act. An Artemiser has always the right to refuse to provide a service, without any need for a further justification

PRIVACY FIRST

A user will contact an artemiser only through ARTEM ACCESS. Further contact data might be exchanged, but under the responsibility of the users

SHARING IS THE VALUE

An offer is based on sharing. Even if realized with one (1:1) or more users (1:Many) at the same time, time-credits will correspond to the hours dedicated by the artemiser

FOLLOW THE CODE OF CONDUCT

All users have the right and duty to be aware and respect the code of conduct

RESPECT FOR DIGNITY AND WORTH OF THE PERSON

The exchange takes place without judgmental or prejudicial attitudes towards the offer and the offerer, mindful of individual differences, cultural and ethnic diversity

EVERYBODY CAN BE AN ARTEMISER

Offers are based on artemiser's experiences and abilities. No professional performances are expected

EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO CONTRIBUTE WITH

All hours are equal, regardless of the nature of the offer, consequently 1 hour = 1 time-credit

BE CURIOUS

The main value of an exchange of voluntary service is to get to know the artemiser through the offer

AN EXCHANGE IMPLIES TO BE TOGETHER

When an exchange takes place, both parts are giving and receiving. Take time to know each other.

BE CONSCIENTIOUS

ARTEM ACCESS is creating contacts and facilitating the exchange of information; who manages the platform cannot in any way be asked to intervene or to be considered responsible for misconducts, conflicts, abuses, harmful and/or dangerous behaviours from and towards any of the users
